Blomé Cycle 2 Tea
The second half of the cycle , also called the luteal phase , begins after ovulation and ends with the first day of the next period. During this phase, your body undergoes hormonal changes: the estrogen curve flattens, and the hormone progesterone takes over – it prepares the uterine lining for possible implantation, slowing down processes, stabilizing, and calming it. At least in theory.
As the body prepares for labor, many women experience a period of inner turmoil . Hormonal changes can manifest themselves in a variety of ways.
-
Many women clearly feel how their body is changing during this phase: mood swings, irritability (PMS) , water retention , a feeling of tension , impure skin , inner restlessness or sleep problems are typical companions of this hormonal change.
-
We developed our Blomé Cycle Tea 2 precisely for this sensitive time. This balanced herbal blend of lady's mantle, yarrow, and nettle leaves is certified organic and provides herbal, hormone-free, and holistic support – for more balance, ease, and well-being in the second half of your cycle.
Why this tea helps in the second half of the cycle
Lady's mantle herb : Traditionally used in gynecology to support progesterone levels and to harmonize the luteal phase
Yarrow herb : Used for inner balance and relief from PMS symptoms
Nettle leaves : have a draining and cleansing effect – ideal for water retention and for gentle elimination during this phase of the cycle
