Are the products vegan and GMO-free?
Yes. We avoid animal-derived ingredients, genetic engineering, and artificial additives. Our clean-label philosophy means only using what truly belongs in our products.
Why only products for women?

How do Blomé supplements support the female cycle?
Our products are specifically developed for women – with a focus on hormonal phases such as PMS, menstruation, or emotional fluctuations . Herbal ingredients such as chasteberry, yam root, or ashwagandha , as well as specifically dosed micronutrients such as magnesium or omega-3, gently support the body – completely without artificial hormones or fillers.
Do I have to take dietary supplements permanently?
Not necessarily—but hormonal processes take time. For a noticeable effect, we recommend regular use for at least 8 to 12 weeks . Many women integrate the products permanently into their daily routine—especially during challenging phases of their cycle.
Can I combine several products?
Yes, our products are formulated to complement each other. For example:
Femina Protect + Magnesium for PMS and cramps,
or Ashwagandha + Omega-3 for stress, sleep problems and mood swings.

Cycle teas
What are Blomé cycle teas intended for?
Our tea blends were specifically developed to support you during the two most important phases of your cycle: Cycle Tea 1 supports you during the first half (follicular phase), while Cycle Tea 2 is tailored to the second half (luteal phase). The herbs contained are certified organic and have a gentle, balancing, and strengthening effect—completely hormone-free.
When do I drink which tea?
Cycle Tea 1 : from the first day of the period until ovulation (approx. days 1–14).
Cycle Tea 2 : from ovulation until the beginning of the next period (approx. days 15–28).
This is how you support your body naturally throughout your entire cycle.
Can I combine both teas?
Yes, both teas are designed to complement each other and can be used as a cyclical tea regimen . Simply switch to the appropriate phase of your cycle – this way, your body receives exactly what it needs.
Do the teas also help with PMS or mood swings?
Cycle Tea 2, in particular, is often found to be helpful for PMS, irritability, water retention, or sleep problems . The herbs it contains, such as lady's mantle, yarrow, and nettle, provide gentle support for hormonal imbalances—without artificial additives or active ingredients.
Hot water bottles
Can I use the hot water bottle without the strap?
Yes, our hot water bottle is versatile – with or without a strap . You can use it in the traditional way, for example , in bed, on the couch, or against your back , or wear it directly on your body with the adjustable strap – for targeted warmth exactly where you need it.
Is there a function for the hands?
Yes. The soft cover has side openings so you can comfortably place your hands inside—ideal for extra warmth on cold days or when you're feeling restless .
How hot can the water in the hot water bottle be?
Please do not use boiling water , only hot tap water (approx. 50–70°C) . The bottle should be filled no more than two-thirds full and securely closed. This ensures comfortable—and safe—use.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. The cover is made of 100% polyester , is soft and skin-friendly , and can be hand-washed . Please do not tumble dry to protect the material and maintain the fit.

We ship all orders reliably with GLS – climate-friendly, fast, and with tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Germany: 4.95 € flat rate shipping

EU countries: €9.95
Non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, UK): €19.95

How long does shipping take?
Germany: 2–4 working days after receipt of payment
Abroad: 5–10 working days, depending on the destination country
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
How do I find out when my package will arrive?
After shipping, you will receive an email with your personal GLS tracking link .
What happens if I'm not at home?
GLS will leave your parcel at the nearest parcel station or GLS shop. If you have authorized the parcel to be left, the parcel can also be left at an agreed location (e.g., in front of your front door) – at your own risk .
Cancellation & Return
How long can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt . The goods must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Send us a short email to info@blome.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
➤ Please do not return anything until you have received feedback from us – unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Who bears the return costs?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs in the event of a regular cancellation .
However, if the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly , we will of course cover the return costs and send you a replacement product free of charge.
When will I get my money back?
After inspecting your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days using your original payment method.
If you have not received a credit after 15 business days, please contact us again.
Can I exchange an item?
A direct exchange is not possible. You can return the item and then reorder the desired item separately.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@blome.shop if your item is damaged or you have received the wrong item.
In this case, we will cover the entire return shipping and arrange a replacement quickly and easily.
